Ok, so Teddy, the infamous trail running Sheep Dog, is now doing road runs. Unbelievable, the not so behaved, never on a leash freebird is now pace jogging on a leash – miracles never cease to happen! Join Teddy and the All Girl Fitness team while we slowly inch our way towards a 1/2 marathon this summer. Do me a favor though, don’t tell Teddy it’s a girl’s team, he hasn’t caught on quite yet and might be offended. He thinks he’s a tough guy! shhhh….
